KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Grace Yochum is the sixth All-American in Oklahoma State soccer history.

OSU’s all-time leading scorer, Yochum was named to the 2022 United Soccer Coaches All-America Second Team as a midfielder.

Yochum is the Cowgirls’ first All-American since Kim Rodriguez in 2020 and joins Yolanda Odenyo (2006-08), AD Franch (2010-12), Melinda Mercado (2010-11) and Haley Woodard (2017) on OSU’s list of All-Americans.

A native of Houston, Yochum completed her five-year career in 2022 as the most prolific scorer in program history as she tallied an OSU-record 41 goals and 91 points in 86 games.

In her final season, Yochum tied for the Cowgirls’ team lead with eight goals and also recorded an assist. Five of her goals were game winners, which ranks 13th in the NCAA this season.

Yochum became OSU’s all-time leading goal scorer with her second goal of the match against Stephen F. Austin on Sept. 8, which was the 36th of her career, and she moved to the top of the points list with her goal against Iowa State on Oct. 16. Both of those program records had stood since 2008.

One of only two players in OSU history to earn United Soccer Coaches All-Region honors four times, Yochum is also one of only four Cowgirls to achieve All-Big 12 First Team status three times and one of just six to be named All-Big 12 four times in their OSU career.
