STILLWATER – Oklahoma State remains at No. 12 in both the Associated Press Top 25 the USA Today Coaches Poll following the open week. They did, however, move up one spot to No. 12 in the Football Writers Association of America/National Football Foundation Super 16 Poll.
Texas fell out of the Coaches Poll, while falling four spots to No. 25 in the AP Poll. This marks the third-straight week the Cowboys will face a top-25 opponent.

Texas jumped out to a 28-7 first quarter lead over Oklahoma Saturday in the Red River Showdown, but the Sooners came roaring back thanks to true freshman quarterback Caleb Williams. The Sooners topped the Longhorns 55-48, with the final touchdown coming in the final few minutes of the game.
Longhorn running back Bijan Robinson carried the ball 20 times for 137 yards and one touchdown, while quarterback Casey Thompson went 20-34 for 388 yards and five touchdowns.
The Texas defense was solid for a portion of the game, but struggled as the game wore on. They gave up 662 yards of total offense, 323 yards through the air and 339 yards on the ground.
Kickoff for the Cowboys’ first Big 12 road game of the season is scheduled for 11 a.m. on FOX.
