Pokes in the NFL: Week 7

It was a bit of a slow week for former Oklahoma State football players currently in the NFL, as not many put up eye-popping numbers. After putting up some of his best numbers a week ago, Carolina rookie Chuba Hubbard struggled to get going as the Panthers lost to the New York Giants, 25-3.

Hubbard finished with just 12 carries for 28 yards, as well as four catches for 28 yards on five targets. The Panthers travel to Atlanta this weekend for a showdown against the Falcons Sunday at noon CT on FOX (check your local listing).

The Dolphins lost to the Falcons this past weekend, 30-28. While his numbers were low, Emmanuel Ogbah did record a forced fumble on Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan, resulting in a Miami score on the ensuing drive. Ogbah currently has 17 total tackles on the season, 2.5 sacks three pass break ups and one forced fumble.

The Dolphins have a tough task ahead of them as they travel to Buffalo for a showdown against the Bills. The last time out, the Bills blanked the Dolphins 35-0 in the second game of the season. Kickoff is scheduled for noon CT on CBS (check your local listing).

They were off this weekend, but James Washington and the Steelers travel to Cleveland this upcoming weekend with a noon CT kick on CBS. If you live in Oklahoma, there’s a good chance you’ll get to watch this game. Everyone else, check your local listing.
