Bedlam Softball Series Opener Thursday Picked Up by ESPN
STILLWATER – Big news for the Bedlam softball series as the series opener set for this Thursday has been moved from ESPN2 to ESPN.
First pitch of Thursday’s game has also been moved up to 7 p.m. CT.
Games two and three of the series will remain at the same times, Friday at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN2 and the series finale on Saturday at 4 p.m. CT on ESPNU.
The No. 6 Cowgirls are looking to bounce back from their second-longest losing streak of the season as they dropped two-straight to No. 4 Florida State in Tallahassee, both 2-1 games.
They’ll also be looking to snap a 16-game losing streak to the Sooners in Norman, which dates back to April 2000. They did beat the Sooners in Stillwater last year, a 6-4 win on May 7.
The No. 6 Cowgirls are 38-9 on the season and 14-1 in Big 12 play.
