STILLWATER – Oklahoma State has made the cut for 2023 three-star forward, Isaiah Manning.

Along with Oklahoma State, Manning included Columbia, Harvard, Kansas State, TCU and Xavier.

“Oklahoma State is at the top of my list because I feel like they have the best coaching staff in all of college basketball,” Manning told On3 on Friday. “Mike Boynton does a really good job of having a family vibe over there and the guys are really connected. One of my old high school teammates is up there too, Quion Williams. So, it would kind of add to that element, being over there in Stillwater, with a real team-first mindset from everybody involved.

Manning is a 6-7, 200-pound forward out of Mansfield (TX) Legacy in the 2023 class. The 247Sports composite lists him as the No. 189 overall prospect in the 2023 class, the No. 39 overall PF and the No. 20 overall prospect out of the Lone Star State.

Quion Williams played with Manning at Mansfield Legacy before he made the move to Jonesboro (AR) HS before the start of his senior season. The two also played in the same AAU program, Southern Assault, which also produced former OSU hooper, Isaac Likekele.

Throughout the spring and summer AAU circuit, Manning as averaged 10 points, 5.0 rebounds and nearly two assists per game.
