2023 Pokes Report NIL Journal with Alan Bowman

I assume like most highly talented players, Bowman would be dreaming about and considering that regardless of injury set backs in the past or being stuck behind other qb's at Michigan, that a very good year this year could propel him into at least an NFL camp opportunity. Better yet obviously, a great year could get him into a higher round draft position and really expand his chances of being on an NFL team roster in 24/25.
Just down the road, coach Riley had repeated successes with 1st year transfer qb's getting not only enhanced NFL attention and opportunities, but national attention as all-conference, all American and even top Heisman candidacy. All those possibilities and accolades have to be earned, but Bowman's high school and Tech highlights give me some hope these types of outcomes are all at least possible this year. We're talking about a young man who set a freshman, Big XII passing record against Houston (and likely a two game consecutive passing record if researched against Houston and us!)
Alan, I hope you shoot for the stars, have great health this season, are able to realize the potential God has given you and you can lead the Cowboys to a both a
conference championship and into national playoff participation this season. There's no better time for it to happen for you personally and no possible better outcome for OSU fans that love our school and program! Can't wait to see you lead and succeed in those efforts and bring that type of National attention back to Stillwater for both our team and for yourself! I'm a believer in you buddy, give thanks to God publicly for your successes........and by the way......please give OU the type of send off they deserve and Cowboys fans would love when they visit this year!
