Good thing I didn't go to bed yet. Seems Ollie Gordon will just do it himself and I'm very ok with that.

Incredible to me with Presley and now tight ends we never hardly get an easy 5 to 10 yard pass over the middle. At least some smidgen of a run game showing....at least before that screen.

We don't get penalties like this. What in the world is going on? Stupid mistakes and miss tackles are the difference here.

After midnight.
Defense looks a bit better.

Three-and-out for Rangel. Looked a little too amped. We'll see if the defense can get him the ball back.

I understand he wants to get Rangel in but it felt like we had a little rhythm going there and we just blow it all up.

Rangel is not the guy. He was my favorite before the season, now probably 3rd string.

HUGE stop for the Pokes' defense there to force a third turnover on downs. Wow.

I'm liking the D, especially 2nd half. I think QB1 should be Gunnar at this point. OL….yes, needs MUCH better performance

AND with the play clock ticking down to zero. Great poise from the redshirt freshman.

The old Jim Knowles 2nd half shut out gameplan. Solid choice. 2-0 is great.

Wow - I thought Rangel was the most effective overall, Gunner 2nd and Bowman worst. I'm ready for Randel to start and get some continuity. Rangel had, by a small margin, the best stats as well. We seem to abandon the run and go to spread/passing offense when Bowman is in; 16 pass attempts and only 5 running plays for basically no yards - most out of balance pass/run and least effective running game. And half his completions were off-target and good catches by the receivers; he's not hitting them in stride and giving them a chance to run after the catch.

We committed several dumb penalties (false start, offside, etc) that killed drives. Got to clean that up - we have to play clean to win later. At least two good chunk plays were called back on penalties.

Defense is coming around. Still need to tackle batter waaay to many yards after first contact (or miss). LB's still getting trapped inside on off tackle runs and sweeps. They need to stop guessing where the ball and getting caught jumping in the wrong holes, and just wait a beat, see where the ball is going, then run to the ball. Second half was obviously better, but still missed tackles.

We had no forced fumbles and one interception - not very high on the aggressive defense stats.

Yea I was tired and overreacted when we were on the doorstep and he allowed a delay of game. Seems like who plays in the second half looks better because we made adjustments like last week.
