STILLWATER – There’s still plenty of head coach candidates still on the board for Oklahoma State and Chad Weiberg entering day 12 of the coaching search. With that being said, there also still needs to be plenty of urgency for Weiberg in finding a new head coach, something that he knows.

We're freaking doomed because we didn't get two unproven coaches at the Power 5 level in Sprinkle and Devries? Lol seems a little dramatic don't ya think? There's a coach out there that can lead us back to success, we just have to hire the right one. And we won't know if we made the right hire until it plays out. We now know Boynton wasn't a good hire, but we didn't know that seven years ago.

yes we did. He had zero experience. None. This stuff is not that hard.

Eddie and Ford are the only successful coaches at OSU in the last half century (and Underwood, but we would not pay him what he deserved)

We need to fork out some money and convince Matta to come here

You can have your opinion of the hire back in 2017 as well as the hire we make soon. We all have our opinions on it, but some assistants with no head coaching experience can end up having a lot of success. Jerome Tang, Devries, Steve Lutz, Bruce Weber, etc...I don't want an assistant to be hired as our HC unless it's Stephen Gentry, but we need someone who has lead a program preferably. I'm all for Matta, he really is on a HOF trajectory with his success at Ohio State!

Will Wade's transgressions at LSU were worse than noted. I don't see how OSU could or should hire him. Also, why "stick it to the NCAA" when the NCAA really doesn't matter anymore.
