Oklahoma State Lands Talented DFW Offensive Lineman Jaylan Beckley
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State just landed a 2025 commitment from talented offensive lineman out of the DFW, Jaylan Beckley.
Beckley, who checks in at 6-4, 290 pounds, is out of Trinity Christian Academy in Addison, TX, and holds more than 20 offers from Auburn, Clemson, Baylor, Duke, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Houston, Kansas, LSU, Mississippi State, Missouri, OU, Tennessee and Texas A&M among others.
He’s currently ranked as the No. 32 interior offensive linemen in the class and the No. 96 overall prospect out of Texas.
As you can see from the offers above, this is a big-time commitment for the Cowboys and Charlie Dickey. Beckley, who was committed to Clemson until March 1, was in Stillwater on an unofficial visit in the past month and loved what he saw.
Robert Allen reached out to both Beckley and his mom following the commitment, so we have an exclusive interview, which you can read here.
Beckley joins Idabel (OK) HS athlete Matrail Lopez as the two commitments in the class. However, it won’t stay that way for long as Mike Gundy and Co. have at least 30 official visits scheduled throughout the spring, with a handful of prospects visiting this weekend. You can read about that here.
