Mikey Kelvin II Enters Transfer Portal
STILLWATER – In an expected move, Oklahoma State guard, Mikey Kelvin II, has entered his name into the transfer portal.
Kelvin is the third former Cowboy to enter the portal, joining Connor Dow, who committed to ORU, and Jamyron Keller.
Originally out of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, Kelvin was a fifth year forward this past season having transferred in from Queens University in Ontario.
Kelvin did not play in any game this past season for the Pokes, with the plan to redshirt and play the upcoming 2025-26 season. But Pokes Report had learned it was almost a guarantee Kelvin would transfer following the season.
Steve Lutz and Co. have brought in four players out of the portal so far, guards Kanye Clary, Isaiah Coleman, Anthony Roy and Vyctorius Miller. The departure of Kelvin now leaves three open spots for Lutz and Co. to fill. A big needs to be added, as does a point guard.
