STILLWATER – Another non-conference matchup has been announced for Oklahoma State Cowboy basketball as they’ll be hosting USF in Stillwater on Wednesday, November 19. Tipoff time and TV will be announced at a later date.
This now marks the fifth non-conference matchup announced for the Pokes as they’ll be hosting ORU on Nov. 4, which will very likely end up being the season opener, Texas A&M on Nov. 9 in Stillwater, Grand Canyon in Phoenix, Arizona, on December 6 and Oklahoma at Paycom Center on Dec. 13.
The Bulls are coming off a 13-19 overall record, 6-12 in conference play. There were a few common opponents for OSU and USF as the Bulls beat Wichita State in Kansas 91-72 and Tulsa in Florida 63-56. They lost to the Shockers at home 75-70, lost to North Texas at home 64-57 and the lost to the Shockers a second time, this time in the AAC conference tournament, 73-68.
With other teams announcing their non-conference slate of games which include the Cowboys, it seems to be just a matter of time before the entirety of the Pokes’ non-conference schedule is released.
