STILLWATER – Eric Morris and Co. have added another North Texas defensive standout, this time coming in linebacker Ethan Wesloski.
Wesloski checks in at 6-1, 234 pounds and is originally out of Boyd HS outside of McKinney, TX, and will be entering his senior season.
Wesloski had a huge junior season this past season as he recorded 113 total tackles, 59 of which were solo stops, 9.0 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks. He also recorded two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, one interception and six quarterback hurries.
His tackle total led the team and was second on the team with 9.0 tackles for loss. Following the season, he earned second team All-Conference honors
Those numbers are way up from his sophomore season in 2024 where he recorded 57 total tackles across 13 games, with five tackles for loss and 2.5 tackles for loss. His freshman season was really good as well as he recorded 63 total tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss and three sacks.
Wesloski is now the 21st overall commitment out of the portal for Morris and Co. and the 15th from North Texas.
