STILLWATER – It’s been widely assumed Oklahoma State would be playing in this year’s Charleston Classic, but it’s now official: Oklahoma State will be playing in this year’s Charleston Classic.

The Cowboys are one of six teams in this year’s tournament, along with Dayton, Minnesota, Northwestern, Utah and Virginia Tech.

The tournament, which will be played at the College of Charleston’s TD Arena, will take place Friday, November 20 through Sunday, Nov. 22, with each team playing two games apiece.

This marks the Pokes’ second time playing in the classic in the past three seasons under head coach Steve Lutz, with the Pokes beating Miami (Fl) back in 2024. It’s their third appearance overall as they finished third back in 2015.

The Cowboys will also be playing in an confirmed preseason exhibition against Wisconsin in Madison, WI, on October 27.
