OSU's schedule is:

2024: A - BYU, CU, BU, TCU, KSU. H - ASU, UU, TT, WVU.

2025: A - UA, TT, KU, UCF. H - BU, UH, KSU, ISU, Cin.

2026: A - ASU, UH, KSU, ISU, WVU. H - CU, TT, KU, UCF.

2027: A - UU, BU, KU, Cin. H - UA, BYU, TCU, ISU, WVU.

So in those 4 years OSU will play:

BU - 3, KSU - 3, TT - 3, WVU - 2, UA - 2, UCF - 2, ISU - 2, Cin -2, UH - 2, KU - 2, BYU - 2, CU - 2, TCU - 2, ASU - 2, UU - 2.

So OSU has no one as a permanent rival, but we're seeing BU, KSU, & TT 3 out of the 4 years. So maybe 3 teams you'll see more than the others, but making sure you see everyone 2 times in every 4 years. They did preserve ASU-UA, UU-BYU, & KU-KSU. All other games get the 3 in 4 treatment. A reasonable compromise.

That's not a bad formula, I do appreciate that they've jumbled it. For too long the schools in cfb have demanded slow moving rotations. This is a real path forward where you really get a different schedule every year.

I missed one protected rivalry: BU-TCU.

I apologize doing this while working so missing some stuff.

We actually have 6 schools we'll see 3 of 4 years. So KU, ISU, & WVU are in that group as well.

So schools have either 6 schools at 3 of 4, or 1 annual game and 4 that are 3 of 4.
