After we smacked KSU around, I was looking at the standings today and Yea, after 3 conf games we're actually tied for 9th at 1-2, not in the cellar.
Looking ahead, we play @Utah sat, espn+, @BYU, CU.
Both Utah and CU are 0-3 in Conf play, and BYU is tied with us at 1-2, and are only one game ahead of OSU (9-5) in season record at 10-4.
I don't how we match up with those teams, but we have a decent shot at winning all three, at least go 2-1.
We could be looking at 3-3 or better in Conf play at this point.
Then we play AZ, @TT, @KSU, Utah. Assuming we drop the first two (although AZ in Stilly should be great), then we just beat KSU and as mentioned, Utah is one of the 0-3 teams.
Can we hope for 2-2 coming out of that stretch, and a 5-5 conf record?
Then we play @Houston, and the schedule gets much tougher. But hey, it's February at this point, and we'll have ASU, Tech, UCF, ISU and Cincy all coming to Stillwater for some challenging end of the season entertainment!
