Gilbert Is the Top Kicking Prospect in Oklahoma, One of the Top Nationally

STILLWATER – Recruiting classes and the plans for those classes are constantly changing. Programs have needs and they need to meet those needs, but then there are also luxuries. Decisions change based on which players show interest. Some positions fill up faster and some positions are held until the end to see how the class came together. I know that Oklahoma State has a spot in this recruiting class for a specialist. I’ve never been able to get confirmation on which specialist.
