So, Where Does Oklahoma State Recruiting Go From Here? Updates, Targets, and More

The month of June was one of the busiest the Oklahoma State recruiting staff has ever had to endure, as was similar to most of college football. With visits opening up in June, schools wanted as many targets on campus as possible given that they had not had the chance in 15 months. They fit in around 30 official visits in the month, which is exactly what they planned to do.

It feels like all momentum we gathered by official visits is gone. We need Oline recruits and good one at that so we don't back to old seasons where we have great offensive weapons but no lines to protect them. The over all recruiting is great this year, with a tough Oline recruiting it feels skill position won't have enough time. Dickey is great, but he needs more recruits to train them.

As it says in the last paragraph, "Some of you also may notice that 'Safety' was not on this list and that is by design. When you bring in a group of Kendal Daniels, Ty Williams, and Lyrik Rawls in the 2021 class, you can afford to skip a year."

Obviously I didn't read past the list. I thought that last paragraph was part of the DLine targets blurb.

This is such a strange recruiting season, with the COVID restrictions and the kids just recently being able to take visits (and every team trying to get them all on campus at the same time).

I would imagine that we'll fair well once the initial visits dust settles and we start bringing in kids for visits during the season.

Seems like we are making really nice progress across the board with the exception of the O-Line. Hopefully we can find some diamonds in the rough.

What about going after Sheridan Wilson? Preston Wilson brother who is committed to Texas Tech.
