STILLWATER – Mike Boynton and Co. continues to send out offers in the 2023 class, this time it stays in the state of Oklahoma. Oklahoma State is one of a flurry of offers announced by 2023 Bixby guard, Parker Friedrichsen.

Friedrichsen has picked up offers from Oklahoma State, Illinois, Ohio and Virginia Tech in the past 24 hours.

He also holds offers from Oral Roberts, Rice and Tulsa among others.

If we look at the current Cowboy roster, we can see Mike Boynton has recruited the state of Oklahoma better than anyone as he has four of the best players out of the state in the past several years in Bryce Thompson, Kalib Boone and Keylan Boone, and Rondel Walker.

Friedrichsen is a 6-4, 170-pound shooting guard out of Bixby (OK) High School. He’s currently playing AAU ball with the Tulsa Hawks. During the spring AAU circuit with the Hawks, he averaged 21 points a game on 42% shooting from the field, 37% from 3-point range.

Watch: Parker Friedrichsen's Tulsa Hawks highlights

Friedrichsen has a nice deep ball and can put the ball on the floor to get better shot opportunities. Has nice court vision and plenty of speed and quickness. He also has plenty of confidence and swagger out on the court, which is a good thing. If the four offers in the past 24 hours are any indication, I think we’re fixing to see Friedrichsen take off.

According to 247Sports, Friedrichsen is the first in-state offer for the Pokes in the 2023 class.
