That is about the dumbest comment that I've ever read. Missouri State ran a lot of plays because our defense didn't get off the field. Period. That is the only way that teams run a lot plays.
If you go back and count, MOSt had 14 possessions.... OSU had 14 possessions.
Are you saying our defense got tired and gave up plays because of our offense had them out there too long (rather than they couldn't get their butts off the field)?
I believe we could have run that jail-break rush defense every single play and left them with negative total yardage.... that's how much more speed and talent we had on the field. I was scratching my head, asking myself, why he waited until the end of the game to put real pressure on them.
