Watch: Mike Gundy Kansas State Postgame Press Conference

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy addressed the media following the Cowboys’ 31-20 win over No. 25 Kansas State in Stillwater on Saturday night.

Spencer Sanders finally got the offense rolling as the Pokes posted 481 total yards, 344 of which came through the air. Sanders finished the night going 22-of-34 for 344 yards and two touchdowns.

The Pokes were also solid on the ground as the posted 137 yards and one touchdown, a nice yardage total considering K-State was allowing less than 55 yards a game on the ground.

As for the defense, they held K-State to just 84 yards of total offense and just seven points in the second half. They also held the Wildcats to 2-of-12 on 3rd down conversion and Malcolm Rodriguez scored on a scoop and score with just over four minutes left in the first quarter.

The Cowboys are now 4-0 on the season, 1-0 in conference play and will host Baylor next weekend, Oct. 2 with a 6 p.m. CT kick on ESPN2.
