Cowboys in Better Health This Week for Bedlam

STILLWATER – Moments before warm-ups and the last stages of preparation for Bedlam football at Boone Pickens Stadium and here is the way it looks for the Cowboys from a healthy standpoint. This information is confirmed with the broadcast team from the Cowboy Radio Network from Learfield. Oklahoma State is in pretty good shape health wise, better than a week ago against Texas Tech. The internet rumor mill churned this week, but for the most part was highly inaccurate. We’ll start with running back Jaylen Warren and there were all kinds of rumors there. Remember, Warren played last week at Texas Tech and carried 12 times for 37-yards. Warren practiced all week and is good to go tonight in Bedlam.

Logan Carter upended on the first play from scrimmage at Texas Tech is questionable for the Bedlam game.

As for the rest of the offense, center Danny Godlevske will miss the Bedlam game with an injury that is not season ending. The transfer super senior from Miami of Ohio that started the first 10-games this season will be back at some point. Joe Michalski starts his second game in a row at center. The rest of the regular starting offensive line is ready with Josh Sills starting at left guard. The regular starter at that position, Sills did not start but played most of the final three quarters at Texas Tech. Cowboy back Logan Carter practice some this week, but he is questionable for the Bedlam game.

At receiver, the Cowboys are back to full compliment. Last week slot receiver Brennan Presley came into field punts only and did not play on offense, but he is back this week. Expect Presley to start at slot with Tay Martin at Z, Bryson Green at X, and Blaine Green at the second slot or doing duty some at Cowboy back.

On the defensive side of the ball, it is all hands on deck with everybody that has been playing this season healthy and ready for the Bedlam battle.
