Notre Dame Loses Two Leading Contributors to NFL Draft Ahead of Fiesta Bowl
Huge news out of South Bend, IN Friday morning as Notre Dame has lost two of its leading contributors to the NFL Draft ahead of the Fiesta Bowl. Safety Kyle Hamilton and running back Kyren Williams have both announced their intentions to forego the Fiesta Bowl and enter into the 2022 NFL Draft.
It’s being predicted Hamilton will not only be a first round draft pick this spring, but his name will be called within the first 10 picks.
Hamilton is a 6-4, 220-pound safety who was just named a Walter Camp All-American for the second-straight season Friday morning. He was injured the last half of the season, but he finished the year with 35 total tackles, seven pass break ups and leads the team with three interceptions.
As for Williams, he’s a 5-9, 200-pound back who led the team in rushing this past season with 1,002 yards on 204 carries with 14 touchdowns.
