Ready for Some Spring Football, Cowboys Getting Ready with Stadium Steps

STILLWATER – The day started early for Oklahoma State football on Friday. I ran into Oklahoma State Cowboy back red-shirt freshman Luke McEndoo getting a haircut around 1 p.m. and the former Stillwater Pioneers standout was walking funny. I looked at him and said, “stadium steps.”

“Yes sir, the first ones of this semester and I had an 8:30 a.m. lab, so I had to lift right after we ran the stadium steps and then get to my lab,” McEndoo lamented.

Robert, how does it work doing stadium steps by player groupings? Is it just maturity and ability level or are OL players for example limited vs RB's so that their weight doesn't wear out their knees?

I believe there are three groups: Skill, big skill, and lineman.

Btw big skill is QBs, TE, LB, etc.

I think they do different time requirements/reps.
