STILLWATER – It might as well be the North Pole because the Cowboys have left town, most of them, to be with family or somebody they care for on this Christmas holiday. They have been told by head coach Mike Gundy to be smart. COVID-19 testing awaits on Saturday when they return and then again on Monday before the plane leaves for Orlando and the Cheez-It Bowl with Miami, Fla. Some of these gift suggestions from Old Saint Nick are meant to be humorous, but some are fairly serious.
