Mason's First Day on the Field Not a Big Change
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State’s new defensive coordinator Derek Mason has been on the job for almost a month and a half, but this felt special. This was the first day in a real practice setting. Now, Mason has seen his players on the field as during offseason work the NCAA allows four hours a week of instruction with the coaching staff, so they have been out there. This was the first of 15 spring practices and now the workload climbs to 20 hours a week.
