Oklahoma State Offers Trio of 2024 Prospects
STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State coaching staff has been sending out offers in both the 2024 and 2025 recruiting classes since the end of spring football here in Stillwater. The latest 2024 offers have gone out to a pair of teammates and a five-star receiver.
Micah Hudson – WR – Lake Belton HS, Temple, TX
Hudson is a 6-0, 186-pound five-star receiver in the 2024 class. He’s currently listed as the No. 27 overall prospect in the country, the No. 4 overall receiver and the No. 4 prospect out of Texas in the class according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
He currently holds 20+ offers, which include Alabama, Baylor, Cincinnati, Houston, LSU, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, OU, Oregon, Penn State, TCU, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M and Texas Tech among others.
This past season as a sophomore, Hudson recorded 45 receptions for 851 yards and five touchdowns. He also carried the ball 34 times for 187 yards and three touchdowns.
Legend Journey – DL – Mansfield Summit, Arlington, TX
Journey is a 6-2, 250-pound defensive lineman in the 2024 class. While he’s not currently ranked, he has received six offers from Oklahoma State, Houston, Ole Miss, Texas Tech, UAB and UTSA, all of which have come since the start of 2022.
Mansfield Summit went 11-4 this past season, including 7-1 in district play, which ranked first. As for Journey, he recorded an impressive 72 total tackles, including 29 tackles for loss, nine sacks and two forced fumbles.
Something tells me he won’t stay unranked for long.
Kyland Reed – LB – Mansfield Summit, Arlington, TX
Reed is a 6-1, 190-pound linebacker in the 2024 class. He’s also not currently ranked in the class, but he’s also currently sitting with six offers, including Oklahoma State, Illinois, Tulsa, UAB, UTSA and Vanderbilt.
This past season as a sophomore, Reed recorded 48 total tackles, 12 tackles for loss, seven sacks, 11 pass breakups, four forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
Something tells me he won’t stay unranked for long either.
