Spencer Sanders Helps Lead Cowboys through Start of Summer Workouts

While the football staff is deep into running camps this week with a number of potential future Oklahoma State players involved in those camps, the Cowboys including leaders like quarterback Spencer Sanders are leading their teammates in workouts.

STILLWATER – With summer school starting this week, the Oklahoma State football players are back on campus and on Monday veterans like quarterback Spencer Sanders and safety Jason Taylor Ii came together along with the new freshmen and transfer players to begin work in the summer program with assistant athletics director for speed, strength,and conditioning Rob Glass. The program consists of strength and speed development workouts on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
