Mike Gundy Makes an Appearance on SiriusXM The Highway's Music Row Happy Hour
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State head football coach Mike Gundy and his staff have most of the month of July off before coming back the last week of July and cranking up final preparation for fall camp and the upcoming season. Gundy got away this weekend with some friends and family to Nashville and could not escape some of the friends he has made in the country music scene. Gundy has a friendship with Storme Warren and with Buzz Brainard who are radio hosts on The Highway on SiriusXM Radio and very involved in the Music Row scene in Nashville.
Gundy must have been spotted as he was talked up on stage for an interview during the Music Row Happy Hour Show from Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville Nashville.
Of course, some pictures had to be taken. I know that the Nashville scene, performers and radio hosts alike are big college football fans. Like the Oklahoma State head coach has said, even in SEC Country Oklahoma State has a logo and a coach that people recognize.
