STILLWATER, Okla. ---- Oklahoma State head coach Mike Boynton announced the addition of Kris Quintana to the men's basketball staff on Wednesday. Quintana will serve as the team video coordinator, where he will play an instrumental role in scouting upcoming opponents, as well as cutting and evaluating practice and game footage to help each player improve their performances.

Quintana joins OSU after serving as the video coordinator and player development coach for the Greensboro Swarm since 2021.

"I am excited to add Kris to our staff," Boynton said. "He is talented, intelligent and highly driven. I've been fortunate to be able to see Kris work firsthand and truly believe his skills and passion will translate seamlessly into our program."

Alongside his work with the Swarm, Quintana has worked as the video coordinator for USA Basketball since 2020. Prior to that post, he worked for the Westchester Knicks for three years, one as the video coordinator and two as a basketball operations assistant.

After graduating from St. John's University in 2016, he worked as a player development intern at IMPACT Basketball in 2017 before working with the New York Liberty as a basketball operations assistant and video coordinator in 2018.

"I'm very excited to join Coach Mike and the rest of the staff here at OSU and help them to continue to build this program," Quintana said. "I've only been here a few days and I already feel like part of the family. Being from New York, I'm also looking forward to seeing the 'Madison Square Garden of the Plains' and feeding off all the support they will bring."
