Recruits at the Cowboys Opener with Central Michigan

STILLWATER – Thursday night kickoff for the opening game of the season works for many reasons according to Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy. Gundy got his wish for the Sept. 1 game launching the Labor Day weekend as the student filled their section in the West End Zone and contributed to the 58-44 win.

Jamison & crew really enjoyed the experience, despite our speedy post-practice ride through the rain to get there on time. His mom & I (Gramp) were invited to attend with him. I was a 2nd choice, as his girlfriend couldn't make it. Lucky me. The game and atmosphere were tremendous. Great night. Thanks, Coach, for the invite.
