There's not much you can do when schools come calling for your coaches. Gundy is very aware and even said his coaches should be considered for these early jobs that are opening up.

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy has never shied away from talking about developing trends in the college football industry. One that he used to join in on the chorus of coaches in railing on was the early firing of football head coaches. Gundy believed it was only fair to let a coach finish. Then if at the finish the job was unsatisfactory, then make a change.
