Oklahoma State Offers 2023 Trinity Valley Cornerback Channing Canada
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State has extended an offer to 2023 cornerback prospect, Channing Canada.
Canada is a 6-0, 185-pound corner for Trinity Valley C.C., but is originally out of New Orleans, LA. He currently holds more than 25 offers, with most of the offers coming since the beginning of October.
His offers include Oklahoma State, Kansas, Liberty, Maryland, Mississippi State, Missouri, Oregon State, SMU, South Alabama, TCU, Tulane and Utah State among others.
Through seven games this season, Canada has recorded 12 total tackles, with 10 coming in conference games. Trinity Valley’s lost just one game on the season, 36-14 to Snow College in week one. They’ve won six-straight, with the most recent being a 24-14 win over Kilgore in which Canada had four total tackles.
He also has three punt returns on the season, with a 97-yarder for a touchdown against Tyler JC in week three.
The Cowboys currently hold one corner commit in the ’23 class, Dylan Smith out of Denton (TX) Braswell and is the younger brother of current OSU corner, Cam Smith.
