Two More Oklahoma State Players Enter Into Transfer Portal

Two more Oklahoma State players have entered the transfer portal, one on each side of the ball.

STILLWATER – Two more Oklahoma State players have entered into the transfer portal. Pokes Report has learned running back Dominic Richardson and defensive end Trace Ford have both entered their names into the portal.

Richardson was the starting running back for most of the 2022 season, playing in nine games. He recorded 149 carries for 543 rushing yards and eight touchdowns, while hauling in 22 catches for 220 yards.

Richardson finished his time in Stillwater with 260 carries for 1,005 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns, while hauling in 30 catches for 286 yards in 29 games.

As for Ford, he’s spent the majority of the past two seasons dealing with multiple knee injuries. He played in nine games this season, before leaving the Kansas game with a knee injury. In those nine games, Ford recorded eight total tackles, six of which were solo stops, 3.0 tackles for loss and 1.0 sack. He also recorded six pass break ups, five quarterback hurries and one blocked kick.

His career in Stillwater started off really promising before the knee injuries. He recorded 29 total tackles as a true freshman in 2019, 20 of which were solo stops. He also recorded four tackles for loss, three six, six pass break ups and one interception and force fumble apeice.

His sophomore season, he recorded 22 total tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, for pass break ups and two forced fumbles before getting injured against Baylor.

For his career, Ford finished with 59 total tackles, 41 of which were solo stops, 11.5 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, 16 pass break ups, three forced fumbles. one interception and one blocked kick in 32 games.
