STILLWATER – The commitment of former Iowa slot receiver, running back, and special teams returner Arland Bruce IV may be the best example. In the NCAA transfer portal one of the goals has to be to recapture players that you’ve lost in the portal. The whole set-up is a strange but potentially positive way for players and teams to re-set themselves.
