Oklahoma State Offers 2023 Broken Arrow Tackle Jamison Mejia
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State is still looking to add an offensive lineman before the 2023 class comes to a close. That search has finally taken them to Broken Arrow with tackle Jamison ‘Jamo’ Mejia.
Pokes Report reached out to Mejia and his visit on Thursday will be an official visit.
He’s received offers from Virginia, an offer which he made an official visit for this past weekend. He also holds offer from Arkansas State, Louisiana Monroe, North Texas, South Dakota, South Florida, Tulane and Tulsa among others.
Mejia checks in at 6-5, 275 pounds and is still looking to add weight as he made the switch to tackle from tight end ahead of the summer before his senior season. He was in Stillwater at the Pokes’ Down and Dirty camp this past summer and has already put on at least 10 pounds since.
He was also in Stillwater on an unofficial for OSU’s win over Central Michigan and blowout 63-7 win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
This past season, the Tigers rushed for nearly 3,400 yards and 34 touchdowns, as well as threw for nearly 2,400 yards and 19 touchdowns.
Mejia would be a great addition to the ’23 class for OSU as he’d add to HS signees Jack Endean, Isaiah Kema, Gage Stanaland and JaKobe Sanders, as well as college transfers Dalton Cooper and Noah McKinney.
