STILLWATER – If it’s Oklahoma State and Kansas then there has to be a hero. That’s the way it has happened down through the years with these two basketball-minded schools on the plains. Before Barry Sanders on the field and eventually his quarterback Mike Gundy as head coach completely turned Oklahoma State into a “football school”. The best battles between the Cowboys/Aggies and Jayhawks were on the hardwood and Valentine’s Day 2023 was no exception.
