STILLWATER – Oklahoma State basketball’s newest 2023 commit is once again playing for USA Basketball. It was announced on Tuesday four-star forward Eric Dailey Jr. had been named to the USA roster for the Nike Hoop Summit, which takes place in Portland, Oregon, and begins on April 8.

Dailey is being joined by Bronny James, the son of LeBron James, as well as Iowa State commit Omaha Biliew, Texas commit Ron Holland, Baylor commit Ja’Kobe Walter and others.

Dailey has previously played for USA Basketball twice, taking home gold both times. Most recently for USA hoops was the 2022 FIBA U18 Americas Championship in Tijuana, Mexico, in which he averaged 9.5 points on 42% shooting from the field in 18.2 minutes per game.

He also participated in the 2023 FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup, where he also won gold in the dunk contest.

Dailey joined an already loaded class when he committed back on January 11. Brandon Garrison, who’s a top-50 prospect according to just about every recruiting service out there, was tabbed a McDonald’s All-American in late January. Forward Justin McBride is a four-star top-120 prospect, while combo guard Jamyron Keller is a top-140 prospect. Boynton and Co. also added standout in-state shooting forward, Connor Dow.
