The Oklahoma State men’s basketball team is looking to keep its NCAA tournament hopes alive as the Cowboys try to make their way through the Big 12 Tournament up in Kansas City, MO.

In order to do that, the No. 7 seed Cowboys will face No. 10 seed Oklahoma in their opening round game on Wednesday, March 8. Tipoff is tentatively scheduled for 8:30 p.m. CT and will be televised on ESPNU, with the winner of the game having to face the No. 2 seeded Texas on Thursday at 6 p.m. CT.

The Cowboys completed the regular season sweep of the Sooners in early February with a 71-61 win down in Norman. The first game took place in Stillwater on January 18, a 72-56 win for the Pokes.

The Cowboys are fresh off a huge road win over Texas Tech this past Saturday, a win which not only game the Pokes their eighth Big 12 win of the season but snapped a five-game losing streak.

You’ll hear Boynton answer questions on the third match-up of the season between the Cowboys and Sooners, as well as the Cowboys keeping their NCAA tournament hope alive.
