STILLWATER – We now know the tipoff time and TV details for Oklahoma State’s second-round NIT game against Eastern Washington. The No. 1 overall Cowboys will tip at 1 p.m. against the Eagles, with the game being televised on ESPN2.

The game is scheduled for Sunday, March 19.

The Cowboys are coming off a 69-64 win over Youngstown State on the road in Ohio on Wednesday evening. It was played on the road because OSU is the host team for the NCAA wrestling championships in Tulsa this week and didn’t have the necessary athletic media relations staff for support.

Tyreek Smith led all Cowboys in scoring with 13 points and 12 rebounds. In fact, he was one of three Cowboys who recorded a double-double. Moussa Cisse finished with 10 points and 13 rebounds and true freshman Quion Williams finished with 11 points and 11 rebounds for his first collegiate double-double.

As a team, the Cowboys shot 36% from the field, just 21% from 3-point range and 87% from the free throw line.

Eastern Washington is coming off an 81-74 upset of No. 4 seed Washington State on Tuesday evening. Redshirt sophomore forward Steele Venters led the way with 27 points on 9-of-18 shooting from the field and 4-of-9 from 3-point range.
