The 10 Plus Most Intriguing Players for Oklahoma State Spring Football

STILLWATER – It would be really easy to just put 10 plus newcomers down and leave it at that. The new way of college football, starting in the spring, is to grab your early rookies (incoming recruiting class) and your free agents (transfer portal players) and start putting together your squad for the upcoming season. You could even call spring football by the NFL moniker of minicamp and call the offseason workouts OTA (organized team activities).

I don't see Etienne being able to hold off Dalton Cooper because Cooper was an all conference player, be it at Conference USA level, but is also a much better run blocker than Caleb at this point when you look at film! Caleb was ok in pass pro but just couldn't consistently seal the edge on outside running plays! I guess we will see what transpires this Spring! My opinion is Michalski starts at center but is pushed by youngster Kawiecke! Birmingham and Brooks are the starting guards and Cooper and Springfield are the starting tackles! We should have much better depth than we have had in the past three years with the O Line!

I agree with Joe K, I'll be disappointed if Caleb E is able to retain the left tackle spot. He does not move well enough to effectively run block many of the plays and smaller, quicker DE just run around him.

I agree with Robert... I'll be thrilled to death if Etienne can and has improved to the extent that he gets an NFL invite.

I'm hoping for the best for him, and for our team. Let the best man win, whomever that may be, and Go Pokes!

Isn't Robert a radio guy and also a side-line reporter (also radio)? I think he just does this as a side gig. I expect his other two jobs take priority, and pruuf reding es ovrraated. (example)... LOL

You should check your own grammar before volunteering to be the grammar police! i can see at least 3 mistakes in your 2 sentences!

Slight (and maybe unimportant) correction - Etienne is not married (or engaged), but does have a son and girlfriend who came with him from Kansas.
