STILLWATER – Oklahoma State is looking to fill some roster spots heading into the 2023-24 season following a rash of transfers the past few days. One spot they’re looking to fill with East Carolina transfer guard, Javon Small.
According to a report from CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein, Mike Boynton and Co. will host Small this week.

As you can see from the tweet, Small is also set to visit Ohio State and Oklahoma this week as well.
Checking in at 6-2, 180 pounds, Small played a pivotal role for the Pirates this past season as a sophomore. He led the team in scoring as he finished the season averaging 15.8 points per game on 40% shooting from the field. He was also second on the team in assists with 100 on the year, while committing just 34 fouls.

What’s impressive about Small’s stats is that he posted those numbers in just 18 games, which also included a double-double with 21 points and 10 assists against Coppin State.
With Avery Anderson III in the transfer portal, the Cowboys are in desperate need of a facilitator and Small averaged nearly six assists per game.
