Cowboys Offer WR Audric Harris from Bishop Gorman to go with RB Micah Ka'apana

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State jumped in with a couple of new offers heading into the Memorial Day holiday weekend and the guess with Las Vegas (Bishop Gorman), Nev. wide receiver is that they can wrangle an official visit with Harris. He has one left as long as his itinerary hasn’t changed.

The 6-1, 180-pound speedster that has had trouble getting on the field has four of his five visit dates set up with Hawaii on June 2, Washington State on June 9, Arizona on June 16, and Utah on June 23. He would need to squeeze to get another one in. Besides Oklahoma State, which offered on Thursday, Harris has offers from Arizona State, BYU, and Pittsburgh among others. Harris noted that he had a conversation with offensive coordinator and receiver coach Kasey Dunn when he was offered.

Oklahoma State has already offered a teammate at Gorman in running back Micah Ka’apana and that official visit went well back in April. Ka’apana was very complimentary of OSU and Stillwater. He was hosted by transfer wide receiver De’Zhaun Stribling, who like Ka’apana is a native of Hawaii and Stribling transferred to OSU from Washington State.

Harris only played in two games last season for the Nevada State Champs at Gorman as he had four catches for 79-yards and a touchdown. In his sophomore season, Harris had four catches for 35-yards and a touchdown playing in five games.
