OSU Commit Rodney Fields Joined By Two Other Top Transfers at Del City

DEL CITY, Okla. – Last week we were at the Noble team camp and I couldn’t wait to see new Del City arrival in running back Rodney Fields and see him in action. Del City head coach Robert Jones, an Oklahoma State football alumnus had really bragged on Fields, a spring early commitment to the Cowboys class of 2024.

Good stuff... So, Oklahoma allows you to transfer without having to sit out a year at the varsity level?

does any HS make you sit out a year if your parents move?

is there a fair way to enforce such a practice?

In Texas, you have to sit out a year at the Varsity level. Unless it was a legit move and/or the Coach signs off.
