Big 12 Preseason All-Conference Ballot and Awards - Kirkland is my Surprise Newcomer

STILLWATER – I’ve never been known as the most conventional voters for All-Big 12 teams. I always will vote by position, which means on the offensive line I’m going to vote for two tackles, two guards, and a center. In the secondary I will vote for at least two corners and two safeties. On the defensive line I’m going to have at least two tackles and two defensive ends. This team reflects that. It may also reflect my bias agains the two departing schools.
