STILLWATER – As I walked outside from the Sherman Smith Center to the turf practice field the first person I saw was former Cowboy and current Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren. 

“Hey Rob,” Warren said. 

I asked him if he was back to get ready for the NFL season?

“You know it,” he answered. “These workouts are next level. I wouldn’t be where I am if it wasn’t for these workouts.

I'm really glad to hear that Dalton Cooper is back out there.

How about Cole Birmingham? How is he looking after sitting out a season with injury?
