Going Into the portal after the Spring period at both the offensive and defensive line positions IS NOT A GOOD THING! I remember last year being very concerned when we went looking for two to three O lineman after the Spring period and unfortunately we saw what happened when we suffered critical injuries along the line!!!!!!!!!!!!!

who left from the Offensive and Defensive lines after spring ball? Etienne and Trace Ford, who else... We brought in Cooper and Kirkland. Weren't both of those here for Spring?

Bennett , Mills and Anthony left before Spring in 2022, and 2 of the transfer guys we brought in never contributed Collier, JUCO Weber, but Brooks worked out. Jernigan also left before Spring.

If I'm not mistaken, we had at least one extra scholarship after Spring and into Fall and we did not use it on an OLineman, we gave it to a walk-on WR.

I'm not sure where you're pulling this information, especially in this thread about our media days projections. Is there some reason that we should be concerned that I'm not thinking of?

Think he is talking about BYU. I know they added at least two OL guys after spring ball. Normally not a good sign.

Zero U went after two offensive lineman in the portal and added them after Spring practice! They then followed up about a week later trying to add three lineman on the defensive side of the ball landing two!!! Hey Robert, what were the two new additions names on both the O line and D line for the Zeros, you discussed this on your show the week before last before you went on vacation! The two D lineman were from Tennessee-and Utah State and the two O lineman were from group of five schools Appalachian State and I believe Marshall or Western Kentucky? Also Poke Rob is correct that BYU also went out and got two O lineman after Spring Practice period, NOT A GOOD THING!!!

Rodeo, I think the OL scramble last year for us was due to injury and depth and that's what Joe was referencing.

Petty perhaps, but disappointed the Big XII office topped both days off with a team leaving the conference, UT 1st day/OU 2nd day. Kind of like saying we saved the important/big guns for last each day. (Assuming this is the order of appearance). I'd have buried them in the middle.
