Oklahoma State Offers Trio of 2025 Offensive Line Prospects

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State dropped some big-time offers on Wednesday as Cowboys offensive line coach Charlie Dickey and offensive line recruiting analyst Zach Allen offered three of the top offensive line prospects, not only in Oklahoma, but in the southwest region for the 2025 class. We’ve reported several times that the 2024 recruiting class in Oklahoma is thin. There are some good, sure fire Division I prospects but not as many. Across the board in the 2025 class there are greater number of prospects and in the offensive line these are three that I have seen and that I know are going to be recruited by a number of schools.

Ryker Haff (leftO and Blake Cherry at the Owasso Team Camp.

I know for a fact that Oklahoma State has studied this trio for awhile and that Charlie Dickey saw all three of them during the spring evaluation period and in padded camps like seeing Blake Cherry and Ryker Haff at the Owasso Team Camp. Javion Antai was at the Down and Dirty Camp for linemen on the Oklahoma State campus on June 13.

Haff is a big, physical, aggressive player. His older brother had played at NEO A&M as a starter for Zach Allen when he was head coach of the Norsemen. Allen had told me that Connor Haff was one of the toughest players he had at NEO and he felt Ryker was right there with his brother. Haff is 6-6, 300-pounds and Oklahoma State has offered him along with Texas Tech and Tulsa.

Cherry is the book end tackle with Haff. Cherry plays the left tackle and Haff the right. I like that line-up as Haff and his nasty is really good for the run game. Cherry is relentless as well, but his pass pro is pretty solid. Cherry is 6-6, 295-pounds. The two work against each other but also sharpen their skills working against the son of former Oklahoma State defensive tackle Stacey Satterwhite, Reece Satterwhite. Reece is also a 2025 Division I prospect. Good on good at Owasso.

“Robert, I’ve never had two offensive tackles like Blake and Ryker that have come up together and made each step and the way they have developed from sophomores now to juniors and I know they are going to be unbelievable how talented and prepared they will be as seniors,” Owasso head coach and Hall of Famer Bill Blankenship. “They are mature and they work hard every day.  Then you have Reece working against them and we have some other good defenders. It is that iron sharpening iron.”

Cherry has offers from Tulsa, Texas Tech, and Kansas in addition to Oklahoma State. Kansas and Kansas State both were at the Owasso Camp and seemed very interested in both players. You can see our stories on both Haff and Cherry at the links above.

Antai performed very well at the Oklahoma State camp and I love watching his video as he is a pure masher that looks like a future college center or guard.

He is athletic for his 6-4, 305-pound frame. Antai has an offer from Tulsa as well. He is a physical player that takes no prisoners in his blocking style.

Today is June 13. I will predict that in a matter of a week to 10 days that all three of these players will have 7-10 or more scholarship offers.

Another aspect to this is Oklahoma State has six senior linemen with a COVID-19 year to use. As of now, the majority have said they will be back and will used the bonus COVID year. That would slim down the scholarships available for offensive line in the 2024 class. It would mean that any that become available might go toward transfer portal offensive line prospects. It also means that more scholarships will be available at the offensive line position in the 2025 class where Antai, Cherry, and Haff are prime prospects.

Sounds like a really good group to go after! One of the 3 would be pretty good, two of the 3 would be awesome, and getting all 3 would be a home run - Go Pokes!

all those kids sound great to offer, but honestly I would prefer to hear some OL commitment news for the 2024 class.
