Tim Rattay is the Cowboys' Quarterback Whisperer

STILLWATER – Earlier this summer on an official visit weekend for Oklahoma State football there was a recruit there with his family. To preserved NCAA rules we’ll keep the prospect and his family’s name secret. However, the prospect’s father brought up a name of an Oklahoma State coach. He was talking about the great quarterbacks in Louisiana Tech history and the top two are Terry Bradshaw and Tim Rattay.
