UPDATED - Justin Kirkland a Tennis Player, Are You Kidding?

STILLWATER – I had heard the story, but honestly, I couldn’t believe it. Defensive coordinator Bryan Nardo discussed it with the media last week that his 6-4, 350-pound nose tackle had played tennis in high school. Kirkland, who we will have more on tomorrow, had a good debut for the Cowboys. No tackles on saturday, but he took up a lot of double and triple teams and opened up a lot of opportunities for defensive ends and linebackers. That is really his job.
