Collin Clay's Family Support Keeps Him Going

Clay thought about quitting football, but family including the fire of little brother Warren has kept the big nose guard going.

STILLWATER – I know that I’ve been guilty of talking about 6-4, 346-pound Justin Kirkland more at the nose guard position, but college football survivor Collin Clay has been a big part of this season and the play on defense up front. The 6-3, 310-pound Clay is actually the starter. They both play a lot. Clay has seven tackles with 1.5-tackles-for-loss, and 1.5-sacks. Kirkland has 11 tackles and 2.0-tackles for loss. Kirkland also has a pass deflection.
